2. Currencies

To keep pricing transparent and predictable, the final charge currency at checkout will always match the shipping destination:

  • For orders shipped within the United States: Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • For orders shipped within Canada: Prices are displayed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

The currency selector at the top of our website is available for previewing prices in your preferred display currency. However, please note that the final charge to your payment card will always be processed in the currency associated with the shipping country.

If your card is issued in a country with a different currency, your card issuer may apply an exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set by your bank or card issuer and are not charged by us.

3. Authorizations & Charges

Upon submitting an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount to verify the availability of funds. The actual charge will only be processed once your order is confirmed and shipped.

In the event of a payment being declined or flagged for review, we may contact you to verify your payment details. If we are unable to complete the verification process, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds typically reflect in your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on the processing times of your financial institution.
